Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Java/Kotlin/JS, database design/evolution, software architecture, RESTful APIs, monitoring/observability/performance, engineering fundamentals, strong problem-solving. Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English. Plus: mentoring, scalable client-server mobile apps, AWS/GCP/Azure, modern CI/CD, cloud knowledge.
