Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/CS/IT or related. 1–3 years in technical support/onboarding/implementation. Experience with SaaS/AI/ML/enterprise integrations; ticketing (Zendesk/Jira/Freshdesk) and CRM; debug/troubleshoot. Basic scripting (Python/JavaScript) plus; cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) plus.
